The Port Warwick Art & Sculpture Festival requires over 300 volunteers to produce this exciting two-day event! Thank you in advance for your interest and support of the 3rd Annual Art & Sculpture festival, October 11 & 12, 2008. Please fill out this application and the Volunteer Coordination Chair will contact you as applications are being reviewed.

How did you hear about this volunteer program?
Sign up your friends to have fun! When you do, you help fill out the Port Warwick Art & Sculpture Festival volunteer roster. Recruit a group from your office as a unique team building exercise. You can copy and distribute this form or direct them to www.pwartfest.org to fill out the online registration.

Festival Volunteer Times:

  • Please list your available times for each day.
  • Selecting a shift does not limit you to the assigned times of the shift but it lets us know the different times you will be available during the day.
  • Some committees will need to be present during specific times of the weekend. Please see committee descriptions for details.
Friday October 12 Early shift (7:00 am - 11:00 am)_
Mid Day shift (11:00 am - 3:00 pm)
Late Day shift (3:00 am - 7:00 pm)

Waiver of Liability: By submitting the Volunteer Registration Form, volunteer agrees to bear full responsibility and full liability for any injury which might result from volunteering at the Port Warwick Art & Sculpture Festival. Volunteer also releases and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the staff and board of the Port Warwick Foundation, the Port Warwick Conservancy, the staff and directors of The Port Warwick Art & Sculpture Festival, Tower Park Management, event sponsors and their insurance carriers from any and all claims, actions or damages without any limitation whatsoever, whether consisting of personal injury, property damage or death that results in any way from any act of the volunteer while attending or volunteering at the Port Warwick Art & Sculpture Festival.
